International Postcard Collection of VICO association from Romania
Recently I’ve started to collect cards by a German publisher called Krüger (with small crown on top of u).
They were very prolific in the 1960s and published cards in many different countries all over the world, also glamour, film star cards etc.
Their city or other view cards are beautfifully composed with nice colours, sometimes people can be seen in the landscape too.
Now I decided to find out how many countries they were present in worldwide. So far I have cards collected cards from 47 countries:

This collection represents the Kruger publisher’s work through postcard images from the 20th centuries collected by Popa-Müller Victor.
One of the main attractions of the Postcard Collecting hobby is that the subject is so vast that you can gain expertise in your favourite category in a short space of time. Even relative beginners are capable of discovering extremely rare cards in their own chosen specialised field. The variety of subjects to collect is so immense that nobody could possibly become familiar with all of them, therefore it is fairly easy to become an expert in your own chosen speciality with a modest investment of time in research.
